Slow and steady wins the race! Long term planning... really pays off over time! Becoming successful in business quickly is not as realistic as having a sound plan and sticking to it and having people who depend on you trust your decisions.

At 16, as a high powered assistant manager of a gas station tasked with opening up at 6am, I taught myself how to trade stocks out of boredom. Trading all through college, it landed me a Wall St job that lasted almost 3 yrs before I quit hoping to travel and watch hockey. Before I could do it, a mentor persuaded my to start my first company with him. 15 yrs later... I still just want to travel and watch hockey! And, often do...

I realize the importance of setting goals and having the courage and determination to achieve them. You create opportunities by preparing for them. It was Oprah who said ' When preparation meets opportunity its there you will find success'

Years of hard work both studying to learn the tools of my trade accompanied by hard work at whatever to pay for my education. I've had to be frugal most of my life as I grew up in a lower middle class family, have been financially self-sufficient since before graduation from high school, and just as I was getting established in life went through a costly divorce. Due to continued frugality, hard work and wise investing I am finally where I want to be. Please be patient with me as as wealth is something very new to me and not something I am accustom to....I liken it to a completely new hairstyle, its time to get used to it!

I achieved success on my own mostly by never giving up and believing in myself. I first became successful within the fashion industry in New York. I started in an entry level position and eventually became a sales and marketing Director for one of the worlds most renowned Italian luxury brands. When I moved to Florida 12 years ago I ventured into the Real Estate business where I've worked my tail off to get to where I am today.

I've been blessed to have a great career with 3 of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, and successful at each one. Success takes great sacrifice. I was willing to do without so that now in my life I can do with. I've never been in debt, and that's by choice.

Hard work and dedication are something that i live by. I am by no means a man who doesn't know how to take care of his woman, rather I enjoy this but can see when the situation is a one way streak which will never be appreciated. I have no issues or set backs with sharing my success, but abusing my success will not be beneficial for either of us.

I worked very hard for many, many years. No silver spoon. No shortcuts. All was earned not given. Perhaps that is why I value my success so dearly. The journey made me a better person. One filled with gratitude and appreciation of others sacrifice and hard work.

I am a Broker and investor and I love what I do every day. I am a workaholic and I am addicted to my projects of buying, renovating and designing. I am not a diva or glamour girl even though most people think that by first glance. Im not looking to be rescued or be involved with someone controlling. But those that really know me will tell you I acknowledge that I have been incredibly blessed by having a relationship with Jesus Christ.

I love what I do and I know there is no such thing as perfect but I strive for perfection and go above and beyond what the expectations are. Always setting goals for myself as I compete with no one and genuinely want to see everyone succeed.

Insight, ingenuity, creativity and faithful! Always respect others and myself; thinking outside the box, and I never take no for an answer. I am grateful; truly value and reward to those who help me succeed.

I worked hard and diligently. I LOVED my work but I LOVED my students more. To think I may have helped mold a life and/or career is very humbling. I do miss teaching in the medical field but love my life now. A win-win!
