    Eat healthy, portion control, lots of water and get some form of exercise in each day, even if it's just a brisk walk around a park, in a mall and/or running in place and doing planks at home. Snack healthy on celery, fruit, salads.

    I am much more about a person being beautiful on the inside rather than the outside. I always believe that inner beauty shines through in a persons personality and attitude towards life. I am not attracted to one by their exterior outer looks. To me, there is nothing sexier than a classy driven gentleman that knows how to treat a lady:) My schedule- I wake up every morning around 5 AM and work out then I usually go for a hike around six for an hour. I have done this since my teens and only do it for myself; it makes my body and mind feel healthy good. I actually do not like working out at all and like to get it done so I can have a great rest of the day with all the endorphins I do receive from my work out. For myself, I try to strive to be as the saying goes Elegance is when the inside is as beautiful as the outside.

    I have always lifted weights and ride my bike 4 to 6 times per week. I eat healthy but do enjoy a fine meal. New to this site more to come.

    Gym workout every day supplemented with stretching and yoga movements. Healthy eating with an emphasis on seafood, veggies and minimal red meat with a daily protein shake. Healthy mind and attitude as well.

    I eat very well. Never had junk food. It doesn't mean I will judge you. We are what we eat. Proteins, salads, and dark Swiss chocolate for me. My carbs go in a glass LOL. Daily infrared sauna, BJJ, close combat, workout at home. Love a great massage. Love outdoors and long walks. I swim like a cat, only if I absolutely have to LOL

    Dancing, but mostly just good ol fashioned good genes, just naturally small frame. i am asian descent afterall. What can I say, don't have to work hard at this. Good healthy diet doesn't hurt either. I don't go overboard on anything, everything in moderation is my mantra.

    Eat healthy. Such a foodie. I love to cook and to experiment. I love new foods and I'll taste anything. Stay active. Love the outdoors. I go on lengthy canoe or back back trips and random walks and hikes.

    Luckily, I was born naturally with strong and healthy body , it's genetic and was raised in a loving and warm family! Happy in nature. Learning and enjoy eating healthy, do exercise regularly. Pleasure with an active lifestyle, or a quiet moment in a meditation. I am not a fan of sport; however, I do enjoy the socialness of going to a game or teach me how golfing, surfing, or sailing and curious others! Keeping life balance; do well on time management. Have learned maintaining all household chores, one minute work as strong as a cow-boy and climb up on roof for paining the edges of windows; bending over under sink renewed a food disposer; mowing lawn (One day, with twinkle in your eyes and show me a smart way to handle it). Other minute I am be my own pianist flowing my fingers on the piano and dancing with candlelight. Beautifully dream dancing with my soulmate soon.

    Walking , stretching, exercises, trying to eat healthy stuff at least 3/4 of the time Despite the fact I love pizza and pasta, on the long term these two fatties don't help reaching out any health goal
